Helpful things to include: your iPhone model, your iOS version (Settings → General → About), the app version (More → About), and what you were doing when the problem happened. Please do not send us health information — we do not need it, and email is not a secure channel.
Common questions
Does this app diagnose my tremor?
No. It is an educational resource. It explains what causes tremor, how clinicians tell the causes apart, what treatments involve, and how to reach a specialist. It does not diagnose, and it does not measure or rate your tremor. Only a clinician who examines you can do that.
Where is my information stored?
On your iPhone, and nowhere else. Your questionnaire answers and the visit summary built from them never leave your device unless you send them yourself. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I get my summary to my doctor?
Open your summary and use the share button. You can print it and bring the paper copy, or send it yourself. Printing and handing it over in person is the most private option.
How do I delete everything?
More → Delete all my data. That erases everything the app has stored on your device. Deleting the app does the same. Because we never received your health information, there is nothing on our end to delete.
The centers directory is missing my hospital / has wrong details.
Email us and we will look into it. Listings come from publicly available program information, they are not exhaustive, and they are not a referral or an endorsement of any center.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Only to sort the centers directory by distance. Your location is used on the device in that moment and is never stored or sent anywhere. If you decline, the directory still works, sorted alphabetically.

Accessibility
The app is built for larger text and supports Dynamic Type, high contrast, and VoiceOver. If something is hard to read or hard to reach, tell us — that is a bug to us, and we would rather hear about it.
